Iva is a chat-based trip planner: it searches real flight and accommodation prices on your behalf and puts together a plan with links to book. Iva is not a booking platform — every booking happens on the airline’s, hotel’s, or partner site’s own page, under their own terms, not ours. We don’t process bookings, and we don’t guarantee that a price is still available by the time you get there — prices change, sometimes within minutes, on the partner’s side, not ours.
One account per person. You’re responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Iva runs on credit packs, not a subscription — no recurring charge, and a credit doesn’t expire. There are two independent kinds: a flight credit compares up to five destinations or dates in one search; a hotel credit searches accommodation for one destination and date, matched to one of your flight options — accommodation for more than one destination needs a hotel credit for each. A new account gets one free credit of each. A credit is spent only once a search actually delivers a result, never just for asking.
Purchased credits are non-refundable once spent. If a payment goes through but the credits it was for are never delivered because of a fault on our side, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Iva is for planning your own trips. Please don’t: automate or script requests to the service, try to extract or resell the data it returns at scale, or attempt to get free credits beyond the one grant a real account is meant to have. We may suspend or delete an account that does.
Prices and availability come from third-party sources (airlines, accommodation platforms) at the moment you search. We show what those sources actually returned, but we don’t control them and can’t guarantee a price holds until you complete a booking elsewhere.
Iva is provided as a planning tool, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for a booking you make on a partner’s site, for decisions made based on a plan Iva produced, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that does. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, notifying you where we reasonably can.
We may update these terms as the service changes. We’ll update the date above, and let you know directly about a meaningful change.
